New solver of drag integration for multifluid dust and gas hydrodynamics

Numerical integration of multifluid dusty gas equations in grid codes is based on operator splitting where one alternates between transport step (including external source terms) and drag step. Several schemes exist for the drag step each with its pros and cons. Here we propose in the particular case of linear drag (in velocity) regime a new accurate and competitif solveur for the drag integration based on a matrix exponential computation with the scaling and squaring method.
